Welcome to SubHound! This guide will walk you through the core features of your new dashboard, turning you into a power user in just a few minutes.
1. How to Add a Payment
This is the primary action on your dashboard.
Click the green + Add Recurring Payment button. A modal will appear.
Fill in the Name, Next Renewal Date, and Price.
You can also add optional details like Tags and Notes.
Click "Save", and the item will instantly appear on your dashboard.
2. How to Set a Mindful Alert
An alert is your primary line of defence.
Once you've added a payment, click the grey bell icon (🔔) in its row.
Choose your Alert Timing (e.g., 3 days before) and the Alert Channels where you want to receive the notification (Email, SMS, WhatsApp).
Click "Save Alert". The bell icon will turn orange to confirm the alert is active.
3. How to Use Flags
A flag is your "watchlist" for items that need a special decision later.
Click the flag icon (🚩) in any row.
The flag will turn yellow, and the item will be added to your "Flagged" view.
This is perfect for keeping an eye on free trials you plan to cancel or tricky renewals you want to challenge.
