2. No Bank Access
SubHound does not connect to your bank accounts, scrape transactions, or access sensitive financial data. All services must be added manually by the user or via email forwarding.
3. Alerts & Disclaimers

You use SubHound at your own discretion. SubHound is not liable for any missed payments, overdraft fees, financial loss, or other consequences due to a failed, late, or incorrect alert.
SubHound should be used as a supportive tool, not a financial control system or guaranteed failsafe.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
SubHound is offered as a paid annual service (currently £29/year). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
By subscribing, you:
- Agree to the annual charge unless cancelled before renewal

- Understand that refunds may be issued only at our discretion unless required by law
Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are billed annually or monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no automatic refunds will be provided for unused time or accidental renewals.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, particularly in cases of technical failure or mistaken duplicate billing.
If you're based in the UK or EU, your 14-day statutory cooling-off period may apply for digital services that have not yet been accessed.
